To better serve you, we provide an online copy of our rent application that can be printed out and either faxed/mailed to us.  Before filling out our application, please take a moment to review our Community Criteria information.  You will need to print out and sign the Community Criteria form (in the format below) when applying. 

1. To apply for an apartment at the Park on Bluebonnet, you must print out the following three pages (in PDF format).  You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view and print the forms.  Don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader? Download it Here.

A new window will open with the form you must print.  After printing, close the new window.

2. After printing out the three pages, fill them out and fax them to (225) 761-1510.  You may also drop the forms off at our office along with your application fee, or mail the forms to:

3.  When applying by mail or by fax, please send a check or money order for $35 made out to "The Park on Bluebonnet" to cover your application costs.  We will soon have a system set up to accept online payments (credit cards) for application fees as well as deposits.

4. Please call The Park at (225) 761-1300 to confirm that your fax was received.
